Rabac

Once a fishing village, now rightly regarded as a Pearl of the Kvarner Bay due to its white pebbly beaches, lush Mediterranean vegetation and crystal clear sea.

Numerous restaurants along the promenade and in the centre offer various food and wine specialities. Among them especially noteworthy are scampi, the most appreciated product of the Adriatic sea which you have probably already heard of. Rabac offers pools, a water slide, tennis, table tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, scuba diving, water sports, boat rentals, games for kids.
You can choose some of numerous boat excursions such as the dolphin-safari, excursion to the island of Cres and as the newest tourist attraction there is the semi-submarine. It is small and nimble and it will ensure you the best position for sightseeing. It does not dive under the sea but there is an underwater cabin (1.5 m below the sea surface) with large windows.
