This beautiful and nicely decorated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with a spacious park and a pool in it. It is exclusively for guests and is not shared with the owner. The apartment has a separate entrance so that guests can enjoy their privacy. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with everything that can contribute to the relaxed atmosphere.

In the period from June 15 to September 14 the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Price for business guests (longer stay) is negotiable.

Cancelling the reservation
In case of cancellation we keep only 30% of the total amount. We ask our respected guests to inform us about cancellation at least two weeks prior to the reservation if possible.

 

The price includes:
Tourist tax, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Payment
The payment of the chosen accommodation has two steps. The first part (advance) is to be paid in advance when booking, and the second part is to be paid upon your arrival to your chosen accommodation.
The deposit is 30% of the total price. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account.
