It is located on the first floor of a new residential building. It consists of: kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace with a beautiful sea view.
The apartment has its own parking space next to the entrance to the building marked with number 04.
The first beach, popularly called Copacabana, is only 200 m away from your accommodation, and further on is a beautiful 2-kilometer long promenade, carved in stone.
On the hill above the bay and Plomin Port is the Old Town of Plomin.
Plomin Luka is located inside the bay, which is in the form of a four kilometer long fjord.
Once upon a time, sailors would take shelter there from storms. It was of great importance as a maritime and commercial port, sometime until 1943.
The construction of two thermal power plants, the first in 1969 and the second in 2000, brought life back to the settlement. It can be said that Plomin Luka is the place below the tallest building in Croatia.
Respecting all the benefits of modern technology in the field of environmental protection, space has been left for the development of tourism.
There is a fish restaurant and a mini market in the village. Anglers come during the weekend, and every year there are more and more.
Plomin Luka is a very attractive destination for anglers from all parts of Istria and beyond. The Plomin Sport Fishing Association was founded in 1981 as a need for people to buy licenses for sport fishing here.
Plomin Luka is also known for a good fishing festival.
If you are a fan of fish or fish specialties, be sure to stop by the Porat tavern, which bases its success on fresh ingredients from the Adriatic Sea.
Today, Plomin Luka is still a fishing port that is also visited by sailors.

Cancelling the reservation
In case of cancellation we keep only 30% of the total amount. We ask our respected guests to inform us about cancellation at least two weeks prior to the reservation if possible.
The price includes:
Tourist tax, electricity, water, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Payment
The payment of the chosen accommodation has two steps. The first part (advance) is to be paid in advance when booking, and the second part is to be paid upon your arrival to your chosen accommodation.
The deposit is 30% of the total price. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account.
