Holiday house Cool Stay Comfort is located in a quiet place, in Čepić, below the largest Istrian mountain Učka. It is only 9 km from the sea (Plomin Luka), 1 km from a mini market, 13 km from a supermarket, 50 m from a coffee bar and 7 km from a restaurant with local Istrian cuisine.
Cool Stay Comfort house has an area of 110 m2 with three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 persons, living room with satellite TV, kitchen with dining table and chairs for 6 persons and a bathroom. Walls up to 65 cm thick will ensure freshness in the hot summer days and pleasant warmth of the home in the winter. The interior is dominated by pastel tones, which provides additional comfort. In front of the house on the covered terrace is a sitting furniture.
Near the house, there is a public parking place that is free of charge.

Where are we
Čepić - a small village with the largest dried up lake in Istria.
Visit the tunnel through which Lake Čepić was emptied. Take a walk through the largest dried-up lake in the region and the largest truffle site (Čepić) and the western slopes of the Učka mountain. Učka is the largest mountain of the Istrian peninsula. Its highest peak, Vojak, is 1,396 meters high, on which a 5-meter-high stone tower is built, offering the most beautiful view in Istria.

Cancelling the reservation
In case of cancellation we keep only 30% of the total amount. We ask our respected guests to inform us about cancellation at least two weeks prior to the reservation if possible.
The price includes:
Tourist tax, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Payment
The payment of the chosen accommodation has two steps. The first part (advance) is to be paid in advance when booking, and the second part is to be paid upon your arrival to your chosen accommodation.
The deposit is 30% of the total price. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account.
